Digital Content and Engagement
Full time, Frome, Somerset | 26,000-28,000 per annum

We're looking for a bright & ambitious Content Creator to join our fast growing children's brand. Tractor Ted is a well loved preschool character who shows children real life on the farm and in the countryside. Aired on Amazon prime, youtube and our own channel Tractor Ted TV the films are supported by a wide range of merchandise including books, games and clothing.

This exciting role blends filmmaking, storytelling, social creativity and community engagement -- perfect for someone with ability to self shoot and edit content.

You'll help bring our world of fun, farms and discovery to life through:

Writing and planning engaging social posts and stories across multiple platforms Creating engaging photo, video and reel content. Building and moderating our online community, responding to comments and messages Working with us to create marketing and design campaign ideas, website improvements and influencer collaborations Tracking performance and contributing ideas for growth
About you:

A creative communicator ideally with a degree in marketing, media, communications, Film or similar Ability to self shoot and edit to a high standard Confident using social media tools (including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest) Interested in children's storytelling, family content or education Comfortable writing in a warm, friendly brand voice Driving licence & Interest in rural life a benefit Eager to learn and develop skills in content creation, analytics and brand building
