This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. While general working hours are 8:00?am to 4:00?pm, flexibility is essential, as availability during evenings and weekends may be required to support business needs--particularly during event launches, social media activations, and live events.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and highly organised individual to join our team as a
Digital Content & Creative Marketing Coordinator
. In this role, your primary focus will be on
content coordination and creation
across multiple platforms--ensuring every story, post, and campaign resonates with our audiences and delivers measurable impact.
You'll oversee the planning, production, and distribution of engaging content across social media, websites, email, and PR, while also managing collaborations with influencers and local bloggers. Alongside this, you'll bring ideas to life visually through signage, posters, menus, and other creative assets--working with tools like Canva (or equivalent).
This is a dynamic, hands-on role spanning three businesses, where you'll balance creativity with strategy and make sure our voice, visuals, and campaigns stay consistent, fresh, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead content planning and coordination across all marketing channels.
Develop engaging, trend-led content for social platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage photography, videography, and editing to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Collaborate with local influencers and bloggers to extend reach and authenticity.
Write compelling copy for PR, email marketing, and website content.
Keep website content and Google Posts fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
Design supporting creative materials (signage, posters, menus, leaflets) using Canva or similar tools.
Ensure brand consistency across three businesses, working closely with on-site teams.
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
Strong videography, photography, and editing skills.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Working in a B2C and B2B environment
Familiarity with website content management and SEO principles.
Competency with Canva or similar tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different businesses.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Previous experience in a creative or marketing role is preferred.
