To further expand our Marketing Department, we are now looking for an experienced Digital Content Producer to join our team To inspire and engage audiences by creating high-quality, commercially aligned digital content that showcases our products, events, and themed experiences. Through photography, video, and storytelling, the Content Producer will bring our brand to life, capturing moments that excite clients, strengthen our market positioning, and ensure a consistent, distinctive brand identity across all platforms.

This is a permanent, in person role.

Responsibilities



Capture and showcase event impact by producing engaging behind-the-scenes content, highlighting 'moments of wow', and visually storytelling through images and video that celebrate our products, themes, and creative environments (including our themed offices). Regular travel alongside our drivers and installation teams to document the whole event journey. From delivery, set up to styling you'll capture content for marketing purposes, ensuring creativity, attention to detail and brand personality are brought to life. Produce and edit high-quality imagery of new stock, styled sets, and seasonal ranges for use across the website, client presentations, and promotional campaigns. Deliver targeted digital content that promotes products, services, and themes in line with business priorities and marketing strategy. Lead cross-team collaboration to generate cohesive, trend-aware and impactful content, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Commercial, and Web teams. Leverage a full range of tools and techniques (including DSLR cameras, GoPros, time-lapse, gimbals, and editing software) to capture, edit, and present content that elevates client communications and enhances our creative pitch materials. Direct and oversee photoshoots, working with stylists to curate impactful visuals that showcase products, themes, and experiences in their best light. Contribute to creative briefs in partnership with the Sales Manager, advising on the most effective content formats and methods to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and uphold best-practice design and layout standards for content across social media platforms and marketing channels. Champion brand consistency, ensuring all content reflects our brand guidelines and reinforces a strong, distinctive, and professional identity across every touchpoint. Any other reasonable tasks as required

Skills/Attributes



Knowledge & Experience:

2 years previous experience working in a creative digital role - desirable experience within marketing team Tech Savvy with ability to pick up new equipment or software quickly Proficiency using & managing various types of equipment such as DSLR cameras, Go-Pros, Time Lapse Cameras. Knowledge & experience of using photo editing software such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) Final Cut Pro, Avid, CapCut Valid UK driving licence

Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with a diverse team Ability to thrive under pressure while consistently delivering high quality outputs Proficiency in digital graphic design tools and strong skills in photography, videography & multimedia creation Proficiency using editing tools, asset management software and creating content in both studio and outdoor settings Strong Multi-tasking abilities, quick responses to changes and effective workload prioritisation in a fast-paced environment Self-directed, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work and a proactive attitude under tight deadlines Strong Organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in adhering to brand guidelines Flexible schedule with availability for occasional travel to events in evenings / weekends
