Together, we strive for culinary excellence and unmatched dining experiences, whether in our restaurants or at home.Job PurposeThe Digital Coordinator will work across various digital streams including the website, app and digital marketing. Responsibilities will include maintaining the digital ordering platforms, executing search engine optimisation (SEO), maintain the loyalty program journey, and various digital marketing and retention initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Management: Build, maintain, and merchandise menus for our ordering platforms, including dine-in and delivery huts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current offerings.
  • Content Management: Execute brand and editorial content, ensuring best-in-class customer journeys and search engine optimisation. Working in collaboration with the Digital Growth Marketing Manager to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Loyalty Program Execution: Maintain the loyalty program experience in line with the established strategy and roadmap, aiming to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Marketing Communications: Develop marketing communications, including Local Store Marketing (LSM) digital marketing templates and SMS templates. Support the execution of email campaigns and push notifications to effectively reach our customer base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating reports to assess the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Asset & Creative amends: Resize and crop creative assets provided by design team to fit various digital channels.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience principles, including digital marketing and SEO as well as best-in-class online customer journeys.
  • Experience with website content management systems.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital content and communications.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong team player who values collaboration and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of our customers through digital channels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years previous experience in a digital coordination or similar role within the retail, hospitality or QSR industry. Understanding of the food and beverage sector and current digital trends within the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment with a high sense of urgency and accountability.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based out of our Restaurant Support Centre in Central London, a minimum of 2 days per week in the RSC is required. As Pizza Hut is a franchise business, you may be required to attend franchisee offices, and other locations from time to time.
