Your Mission




In this

office-based role

(1 day remote per week) as our

Digital Copywriter

, you will play a key role in growing brand visibility and demand across organic channels and lead on the execution of the content plan across the Years.com site.


Working as part of the digital marketing team, your day-to-day focus will be on creating, optimising & publishing SEO-led content that improves search rankings for high-intent keywords and increases conversion rates across landing pages. A core challenge of the role is helping the team scale content production efficiently while maintaining high quality, performance, and consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.


This is a hands-on role where you will primarily be responsible for writing and optimising copy daily, while also taking ownership of SEO content performance. By identifying content gaps, testing new approaches, and iterating based on data and insights, you will help shape priorities that support both immediate growth and long-term SEO goals. As a lead on all digital copywriting, you will be able to support the email marketing team and paid teams with conversion & performance copywriting.


You will report into the

Digital Lead

, who is responsible for overall SEO performance, and participate in meetings led by the

Head of Subscriber Acquisition

. Collaboration is central to success in this role, as you will work closely with email marketers, designers, developers, and other members of the digital marketing team to deliver conversion-focused landing pages and cohesive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and execute the SEO content strategy across the website, with ownership of organic content performance, including publishing all content on site. Write, optimise, and publish SEO-friendly, conversion-focused landing pages efficiently. Produce and publish blog content aligned to keyword strategy, search intent, and growth priorities Continuously refresh and optimise existing website copy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions Support email marketing by writing engaging, conversion-driven copy for campaigns and nurture flows Create sales-focused copy for paid campaigns and creatives, including Meta ads Identify content gaps and growth opportunities through keyword research and performance insights Test, measure, and iterate copy based on data, SEO performance, and conversion metrics

Requirements



What You'll Bring



1-2 years experience as a copywriter with a history of high-quality digital work Experience in SEO, digital, or conversion-focused copywriting Strong understanding of on-page SEO and keyword optimisation Proven ability to write & publish high-converting landing pages and sales copy Confidence writing across web, ads, and email channels Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes Strong attention to detail and editorial standards Desirable: Knowledge & experience with CRM & CMS software such as Shopify & Klaviyo
