Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Digital Health and AI

to lead the successful delivery of IT applications and data management initiatives within our organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software development and data management, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a key role in ensuring our technology and data projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and data-related projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Oversee data management processes, ensuring integrity, security, and accessibility across platforms. Analyse complex data to support decision-making, negotiation, and performance reporting. Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery performance and service levels. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project life cycles. Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and data protection.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards. Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
