What you'll do:
IT Support
- provide first-line help to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Equipment Setup
- assist with setting up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
System Support
- help the IT & Projects team with upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
Projects
- contribute to project workstreams by gathering requirements, testing systems, and preparing documentation.
Records
- help maintain IT records, asset registers, and project documentation.
Customer Service
- provide clear and friendly support to colleagues across all levels.
Compliance
- support good practice in data protection and cybersecurity.
Digital Marketing
- assist with social media, website updates, and content design.
Data & Reporting
- work with spreadsheets/dashboards to track performance and spot trends.
AI & Innovation
- test out new tools and share ideas for smarter working.
What you'll learn:
Practical IT skills -- device setup, troubleshooting, and administration.
Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
Exposure to project management methods and tools.
Real-world experience in digital marketing, reporting, and creative content.
How to work in a professional office environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
What we're looking for:

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A good communicator and team player
(GCSE English & Maths required at grade 4 (C) or above. A-Levels/BTEC helpful but not essential.)
