Our Client Communications business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Digital Delivery to join our vibrant Edinburgh or Leeds office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience of working on differing digital platforms, experience with Content Management Systems and experience delivering projects to stakeholders.

We are seeking to fill a Digital Delivery role within our rapidly growing Digital Engagement Team. The role will involve supporting our Digital Consultants and Digital Project Managers roll out digital solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have some experience working on a CMS platform like Umbraco, and/or an email platform, and will also have some experience in project management. It's a multi-faceted, varied and fast-paced role - and part of an ambitious / growing team.


The Role





As a Digital Delivery with XPS you will:



Support the implementation of client's digital requirements via CMS software, processing web updates to our public facing websites and MyPension portal (for example, branding and content) Support the transition of clients onto digital solutions, meeting agreed timescales Support with the delivery of member-facing digital communications (for example, HTML emails) Support the development of XPS's digital engagement offering.

Essential Criteria





Experience of working on differing digital platforms with a view to using your experience to make suggestions on how to improve our current digital offering Experience with Content Management Systems Project management experience Experience of working directly with clients or external customers Some experience of working with HTML emails Experience of delivering in projects with multiple stakeholders and critical path timelines Well organised and positive attitude with the ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage their work Desire to contribute and implement ideas for improving processes and procedures.
