What You'll Be Doing



This role involves leading the delivery of complex, bespoke software and data projects, guiding them from initial planning through to completion. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, coordinate agile teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes that add real business value. There's also a strong focus on people leadership and mentoring, helping others grow while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the team.

Your Day-to-Day



Engage with clients to define project goals and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Plan, resource, and lead project teams to deliver bespoke software and data platforms Monitor risks, scope, budget, and stakeholder communications Mentor team members and support their development Identify new opportunities and support long-term client relationships

What we're looking for



If some (or most) of the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you:


Experience delivering software or data solutions, using agile or waterfall approaches Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery best practices Great communicator and relationship builder, confident working with senior stakeholders Previous background in software or digital agency environments Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by team success

Nice to have



Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards Experience mentoring or line managing others Interest in business development and client engagement
