Salary:

85,000 pro rata

Having worked your way up through project management ranks, we are keen to find someone with experience delivering digital projects end-to-end (particularly within HR or people systems) and enjoy working across teams to deliver meaningful change.


As our

Digital Delivery Lead

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering projects that help us work smarter and support our staff, enabling us to continue providing exceptional care and education.

What you'll do:



Design and embed a new project management lifecycle Rollout a delivery framework to ensure consistency in how we deliver projects Creating training materials and coaching teams in project management best practice Lead and manage the project intake process, including triaging new project requests, prioritising initiatives based on business value and resource availability, coordinating with stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and capacity, ensuring structured decision making Lead a portfolio of projects delivering digital solutions that transform how we support and manage our people Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to scope, prioritise, and deliver solutions tailored to business needs Oversee integration work across our digital ecosystem, testing, and rollout to ensure tools are fit for purpose across all user groups Manage risks, resources, and timelines effectively to keep projects on track, within scope, and budget Lead Drive clear communication through regular status updates and stakeholder engagement Champion innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery across the organisation

What you'll bring:



Background in project management with experience of setting up project management best practices Proven experience leading complex digital projects, from website builds through to implementation of HRIS or people-focused systems A track record of shaping projects and delivery approaches, balancing technical, operational, and user requirements Experience managing programmes with budgets of 1m+ Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels Confidence in coaching teams and embedding project governance and delivery frameworks Proficiency with project planning tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Knowledge of compliance requirements relating to people data (e.g., GDPR) is highly advantageous
