The Vita Group is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer Intern to join our Corporate Communications Team for a six-month paid internship. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in design, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, pan-European business environment.
You'll work closely with the Digital and Creative Manager to support the creation of high-quality visual assets across a variety of channels and formats. From presentations and sales literature to exhibition materials and social media graphics, your work will help bring our brand to life and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging visual content for:
Internal and external presentations
Sales and marketing literature
Exhibition and event materials
Social media platforms
Ensure all creative output aligns with The Vita Group's brand guidelines and tone of voice
Assist in the development of digital templates and assets for use across the business
Support the creation of motion graphics or simple animations (if applicable)
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions
Help maintain and organise the digital asset library
Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and brand engagement
Assist with photography and image editing when required
Support the team in preparing materials for European site visits and events
Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
Proficiency in Canva
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Fluent in English (essential); additional European languages are advantageous
Based in or able to commute to Manchester
Willingness to travel to European sites occasionally
