what we need |




We're looking for a versatile, conceptually strong

digital designer

to join our creative team. This role spans CRM, app, and website design, bringing cohesive, well-crafted digital experiences to life across multiple touchpoints. You will report directly to the Creative Director, while working closely with our CRM + Digital Marketing Team, who will provide day-to-day briefs and collaborate with you on project delivery.


what you'll do |




design visually engaging high-performing assets for CRM channels (including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign strategy. create thoughtful, user-centric interface designs for our app and contribute to website layouts, UI components, and landing pages. respond to briefs with strong conceptual thinking, generating interesting and original graphic design solutions that elevate the creative output. incorporate copywriting thoughtfully into designs, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and tone that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall creative concept. translate briefs from the marketing team into high-quality creative work, balancing practical requirements with strong aesthetic and conceptual judgment. maintain alignment with the creative direction set by the Creative Director, ensuring all work upholds the brand's visual identity and creative vision. regularly check in with the Creative Director for guidance, feedback, and conceptual alignment. collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product, UX, copy, and development teams, to ensure designs are both user-focused and technically feasible. prepare and deliver final design files for production, development, and deployment. stay up to date on digital design trends, CRM best practices, and UX/UI principles to continually push the quality of our digital experiences.

what you'll need |




Proven experience in digital design, ideally covering CRM, app, and website environments. Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual solutions. Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, user-focused design as well as original, creative graphic concepts. Confident working with copy within designs, ensuring it complements the visual direction and adheres to brand tone and guidelines. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools. Understand and apply responsive design principles and have knowledge of HTML/CSS and email deliverability best practices. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work from UX inputs such as wireframes or journey maps. Excellent communication skills and comfort working closely with cross-functional teams. Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment. Conceptually curious, creatively driven, and passionate about producing standout design. Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering polished, high-quality work. A team player who thrives when working between departments and keeping stakeholders aligned.
