RNIB is looking for a Digital Engagement Officer to join RNIB's Digital Engagement team



The role will support in implementing end-to-end audience journeys and will work with teams across the organisation to ensure projects are following digital best practice and have clear, consistent and well thought out digital output.



The role will be working closely with the Digital Engagement Manager (Website) with a primary focus on the RNIB website, optimising content and journeys in this area, with a minor focus on assisting with email and PPC.



The ideal candidate will:


Have project management experience with strong stakeholder management skills Understand how to analyse data to inform decisions, being comfortable working with relevant members of the Experience/Optimisation team to create tracking, optimisation and reporting for digital journeys Have strong copywriting and digital content design skills Have a strong understanding of web optimisation and be comfortable making and actioning UX based recommendations Have exceptional team working skills
