We're looking for two bright, technically curious Junior Digital Event Assistants to support the delivery of high-end virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of live event delivery, perfect for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, fast learning, and the chance to work on UK and international events. Training will be provided.
You'll be involved from prep to live delivery, working both behind the scenes in our gallery and on-site at events across the UK and internationally (including frequent US travel).
Key Responsibilities - Event & Platform Support
Preparing and configuring digital event platforms
Uploading and managing event content (agendas, speaker profiles, presentations, videos)
Supporting live events during rehearsals and broadcasts
Monitoring sessions, speakers, and delegate experience during live delivery
iPad & Hardware Operations
Preparing, configuring, and testing our fleets of iPads for events
Managing charging, labelling, packaging, and logistics of equipment
Assisting with on-site deployment and collection
Troubleshooting basic issues on-site
Gallery & Live Production Support
Supporting live event delivery from our broadcast gallery
Assisting producers, directors, and technical leads
Monitoring feeds, cues, timings, and communications during live events
Learning broadcast workflows and best practice
On-site Event Support
Travelling to events in the UK and internationally
Supporting clients, speakers, and delegates on-site
Acting as a calm, professional front-of-house technical presence
Representing the company professionally with clients and partners
General Operations
Supporting event prep, testing, and post-event wrap-ups
Helping maintain equipment, documentation, and checklists
Learning and following security, data-handling, and ISO-aligned processes
About You
Essential
Strong computer literacy
Comfortable with technology and keen to learn
Calm under pressure and happy working in live environments
Willing and able to travel (including internationally)
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and a professional manner with clients
Desirable
Interest in live events, broadcast, AV, or digital platforms / web development
Experience with iPads, live streaming, or event tech
Basic understanding of video, audio, or networking (not essential)
A "can-do" attitude and willingness to muck in
Driving licence
