We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Digital Experience Executive
to support the delivery and optimisation of our digital platforms across the Gleneagles Estelle brands. This new role is a key part of our growing digital team and will help ensure our websites, apps, and booking tools deliver exceptional experiences for guests and members alike.
You'll work closely with Digital, Brand Marketing, IT and external suppliers to keep our platforms running smoothly and continuously improve them. This role is ideal for someone who is technically savvy, highly organised, creative and excited about digital user experiences.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Partnering closely with our Head of Digital Experience and Digital Experience Manager to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless digital journey, from initial booking to post-stay engagement
Taking ownership of issue triage and ticket management, working hand-in-hand with our trusted development partners to resolve matters swiftly and efficiently
Updating and maintaining website and app content to the highest standards; from seasonal menus and offers to experiences, events, and imagery
Championing continuous improvement of the digital guest experience, with a sharp focus on user journey and intuitive design
Ensuring all content updates are fully optimised for search engines, enhancing visibility while remaining true to our brand voice
Carrying out regular quality assurance testing on new features, site enhancements, and releases to maintain a consistently flawless experience
Supporting the administration of our digital platforms, including booking engines, membership portals, and CMS tools
Preparing insightful dashboards and performance reports through GA4 and Looker Studio to help inform strategic decisions
Liaising across departments to plan and coordinate digital updates that reflect and support every area of the Gleneagles experience
Keeping clear and comprehensive documentation of all digital processes and platform developments
Attending project meetings, tracking actions, and playing an active role in delivering smooth and successful digital initiatives
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:
You have 1-2 years of fantastic experience in a digital, e-commerce or content management role, and you're eager to grow your expertise in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, however a genuine interest in luxury service and exceptional guest experience is essential
Highly organised and naturally proactive, you're comfortable managing multiple priorities across a dynamic and ever-evolving digital roadmap
Confident using CMS platforms, analytics tools like GA4, you're also familiar with quality assurance and testing processes
Meticulous in your approach, you have a sharp eye for detail and a clear, methodical way of communicating updates and resolving issues
You're passionate about data, always looking to understand what works (and what doesn't), and using insights to continuously improve
Curious by nature, you're eager to explore new ideas, challenge the status quo, and help shape how we deliver digital excellence at Gleneagles
You have a strong sense of what good design and intuitive user experience look like; you notice the details others might miss
Reliable and deadline-driven, you take pride in delivering work on time and to the highest standard
Always keen to get stuck into new projects, you bring a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
A calm, collaborative spirit is a must , you're the kind of teammate others enjoy working with, even when things get busy
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
