With well over a million users last year, an excellent App Store rating and in the top 200 App Store Travel apps, the Big Bus Tours app is the fastest growing platform in the Big Bus Tours digital landscape. As both a key contributor to digital revenue and being the digital concierge for our customers\xe2\x80\x99 on the day experience, the app is a cornerstone of the Big Bus Ecommerce and DX strategy. We have ambitious plans to develop new features, improve the user experience and continue to make our app deliver the best possible user experience and further grow its contribution to overall Big Bus revenue.

This role is for the commercial and customer owner for the Big Bus Tours app, both for project work and ongoing BAU change pipeline. To own and manage the change roadmap, working with Technology teams to deliver and maintain our ambitious plans. This is a key role to allow Big Bus to continue to evolve and slick ecommerce journey and a winning digital experience.

There are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in an Ecommerce and/or Digital Experience team
  • Experience in being the business lead for large projects and BAU change pipelines
  • Experience of working with app development
  • Travel or Leisure Industry experience useful but not essential
