Digital Experience Solutions Consultant, Financial Services

We seek an inspirational individual to join our UK DX FSI Solutions Consulting Pre-Sales team collaborating with top FSI organizations to transform customer engagement. This is an opportunity to influence digital strategies at the highest level, partnering with C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers to drive long-term value.



What You'll Do



As a Solutions Consultant, you will:



Drive Strategic Conversations:

Engage with C-suite executives across banking, insurance, and financial services, helping them reimagine how Adobe's Digital Experience solutions can support their long-term business goals.



Influence Decision-Makers:

Build trusted relationships at the senior level, positioning Adobe as a strategic partner--not just a technology provider.



Grow Accounts:

Work closely with Sales to expand relationships within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving product adoption over time.



Inspire Through Storytelling:

Deliver compelling demonstrations, pitches, workshops, and use cases that show the real-world value of Adobe's solutions and influence decision-makers at various levels - from marketing and IT to executives.



Collaborate to Win:

Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure customer success.



Stay Ahead of Trends:

Bring insight into emerging FSI challenges--such as digital-first customer journeys, open banking, AI/automation, and regulatory change--and show how Adobe can help customers lead in this evolving landscape.



Encourage and Educate:

Be a trusted advisor to your customers, guiding them to unlock the full potential of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to power their digital strategies.



What We're Looking For

To excel in this position, we are seeking an individual who possesses:



Strategic Influence:

Proven experience in engaging senior decision-makers, shaping digital strategy, and building long-term partnerships.



Account Growth Mindset:

Ability to see the bigger picture, grow relationships across large, complex accounts, and identify new opportunities for expansion.



Industry Expertise: A solid grasp of the obstacles and developments in the Financial Services & Insurance sector--including customer experience, compliance, personalization, and data-driven engagement.

Engaging Personality:

Connects with various audiences, from business collaborators to IT leaders, by radiating energy, confidence, and using storytelling to encourage.



Solution Expertise:

Familiarity with digital marketing and customer experience technology (analytics, CDPs, personalization, content management, marketing automation, etc.).



Unwavering Drive:

You're a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, a "go-getter" who can navigate complex hierarchies, push boundaries, and unlock new opportunities.



Vision and Creativity:

You can translate customer challenges into innovative solutions, bringing ideas to life through compelling demos and narratives.



Collaborative Spirit:

Experience working alongside Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver joint success.



Outstanding Communication Skills:

You excel at connecting with diverse audiences, simplifying the complex, and building positive relationships.



Experience in the Financial Services & Insurance service is preferred, but what matters most is strategizing effectively, getting results, and building lasting collaborations.



What You'll Bring to the Team



A passion for digital marketing, emerging trends, and the role of technology in inspiring change.



Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing environments, ideally with expertise in platforms like analytics, CDPs, personalization, or CRM.



A talent for storytelling--crafting end-to-end customer journeys that demonstrate the power of Adobe solutions.



Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
