Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Growth Executive to join our dynamic Growth team and support our customer acquisition initiatives through Paid Social and Affiliates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and preferably Affiliates to make a significant impact in the business. You'll be planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across key digital channels, including but not exclusive to Meta, TikTok, and Awin, helping us reach even more pet parents and continue on our mission to get 1 million pets onto raw food.

Tasks and Accountabilities:



Campaign Management:

Execute and manage paid media campaigns across key platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Affiliates (Awin). Hands-on experience building and optimising campaigns in Meta is essential. Make a significant contribution to the development of performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Facilitate audience targeting and ad creative development.

Optimisation & Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation to maximise new customer volumes within our target CPA, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and new platform features. Utilise Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics platforms to analyse website performance and user behaviour post click, translating data into actionable insights.

Reporting & Insights:

Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide clear and concise reports on campaign performance. Provide weekly and monthly reports, presenting findings and recommendations to the Head of Digital Growth and wider Growth team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the wider teams (brand, creative, CRM, product, data) to drive maximum performance of our digital campaigns in pre and post-click environments.

Budget Management:

Contribute to the efficient allocation of media budgets across various campaigns and channels, providing monthly media plans and forecasts.

Market Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Attributes:



Approximately 2 years of direct, hands-on experience in performance marketing, in an in-house or agency setting. Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on performance marketing platforms, with hands-on Meta experience being essential. Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, CAC, CVR, LTV) Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of incrementality and attribution methodologies to ensure campaigns are driving maximum business value. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and experiment with new strategies. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for digital
marketing, who is excited by the prospect of directly impacting business growth through effective use of paid media.

Passion for pets and alignment with Bella+Duke's mission and values is a significant plus!

Desirable but not essential;



Experience with other paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Programmatic Display Advertising). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager. Experience with A/B testing tools. Meta Blueprint certifications.
