Role Summary:
We are seeking a
Digital & Influencer Marketing Lead (Volunteer)
to drive our digital campaigns, manage paid advertising, and build strategic influencer relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about African development, nonprofit innovation, and community building through digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok)
Manage and optimize paid ads to drive donor and partner engagement
Identify and engage African influencers in sports, business, fashion, and advocacy to promote our campaigns
Develop and execute outreach strategies that build our online community and drive traffic to our platform
Collaborate on content strategy that highlights Give to Africa's mission, impact stories, and campaigns
Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and influencer marketing
Proven track record in managing social media ads and influencer outreach campaigns
Experience in content strategy and digital storytelling for nonprofit or international development sectors
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and email marketing tools
Strong passion for Africa, philanthropy, and global impact
Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently
