We're looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our digital insurance products. This is a key role where your leadership will shape the vision, direction, and impact of products designed to be affordable, accessible, and commercially successful.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements through market research, user feedback, and data analysis, including market sizing and opportunity assessment.
Defining and clearly communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success.
Monitoring product performance and making data-driven improvements based on analytics and feedback.
Identifying opportunities to drive digital channel adoption, increase self-serve usage, and expand into new markets.
Conducting competitive analysis and staying up to date with industry trends and innovations.
Preparing and presenting product updates and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:
Essential
Proven experience in digital product management or a related role, with ownership of digital roadmaps in B2B2C or consumer-facing platforms.
Strong understanding of digital UX, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), agile delivery methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Hotjar, GA4, CMS platforms, and A/B testing solutions.
Experience leading multidisciplinary squads including product, design, delivery, customer experience, and business analysis.
Demonstrated track record of driving digital engagement and delivering measurable business growth.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in analysis and data presentation.
Desirable
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centred design.
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce].
