In the role of Digital Learning and Innovation Manager, you'll be based at all sites and your focus will be to lead our ambitious digital strategy and support the development of a high quality, digitally enhanced curriculum. This is a pivotal role, working with staff, students, employers and partners to ensure we are at the forefront of digital transformation in further education. Your key responsibilities will be work closely with Heads of Department, curriculum teams, and external stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance teaching and learning through blended and digital approaches, and build staff confidence and capability. Leading a team of Technology Enhanced Learning Specialists, you will inspire and support colleagues to embed effective digital pedagogy, drive continuous innovation in teaching practice and prepare our learners to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Ideally, you'll have a recognised degree (or equivalent) and a Level 5 teaching qualification and demonstrable experience in of delivering excellence in teaching, learning and assessment and a proven track record of leading and developing digital technology initiatives in education.It's important that you're able to demonstrate strong digital skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels, and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
