Make a difference as a Digital Learning Content Developer

Ready to make learning exciting and accessible? In this role, you'll design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that help our teams grow every day. From e-learning modules and podcasts to videos and lunchtime learning sessions, you'll use creative formats and the ADDIE framework to keep our content fresh and effective.


You'll become our go-to expert on the learning system, running monthly drop-in sessions to support new starters and keep everyone confident and connected. You'll achieve this through designing, delivering and managing communications to the wider PGL Beyond workforce about the exciting learning opportunities and initiatives available to them.

Is this you?

A solid background in instructional design and creating engaging learning experiences. Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System--you know your way around and can keep things running smoothly. CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development (or equivalent experience) and Level 3 Education and Training (or similar). Confidence in creating colleague communication --you can make learning feel connected and visible.


Your toolkit might include:

Authoring software like Articulate 360. Video and audio editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve and Audacity. Strong stakeholder management skills--you're great at building relationships. Experience in LMS administration and keeping systems user-friendly. Confidence delivering training face-to-face and online.
