About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in an educational eLearning environment. You'll be passionate about digital learning, confident and experienced in using new digital technologies, and able to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, learner-centered content.

Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

Design and develop high-quality, evidence-based e-learning courses

Apply instructional design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible content

Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce multimedia, simulations, and assessments

Innovation & Strategy

Stay current with e-learning trends and technologies

Provide strategic input to enhance learning experiences using AI and digital tools

Project Management

Manage the full lifecycle of e-learning projects, from scoping to evaluation

Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and scope

Identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks proactively

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the Head of Academics and internal teams Maintain and enhance the existing content library Publish and deploy content via the Learning Management System (Moodle)
Skills & Experience

Essential

Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or related field At least 5 years of experience in digital learning design Proficiency with tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Moodle Strong visual design and attention to detail Experience in supporting diverse learning styles and inclusive education Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desirable

Experience with in-app training software Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Familiarity with AI-powered learning technologies
