To lead the design, implementation, and management digital learning strategy. Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital learning strategy aligned with our clients organisational goals
Select, implement, and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools and platforms.
Design and curate high-quality eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs and advise, translate and communicate them into effective digital solutions.
Oversee the production of digital learning content, including video, interactive modules, and assessments.
Experience & Qualifications required to succeed:
Proven experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D..
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms /worked on s RFP
Proven ability to lead digital learning projects with cross business teams end-to-end.
Experience with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
