Do you want to design learning that delivers?

We're looking for a creative and people-focused

Learning Designer

to shape the future of courier training. In this fully remote role, you'll design and develop innovative learning solutions that empower our self-employed courier network and the managers who support them.

What You'll Do

Create engaging, accessible learning content across digital, face-to-face, and blended formats Use cutting-edge tools and technologies--including AI--to enhance learning experiences Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and corporate teams to align learning with performance goals Continuously improve training materials to reflect evolving needs and learner feedback Support courier engagement through impactful, learner-first design

What You'll Bring

Experience designing blended learning solutions with accessibility and localisation in mind Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools like Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Adobe CC, and Vyond Strong creative and technical skillset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
