BLS is seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our team and help us grow our online presence, engage our audiences, and drive business growth. This position offers flexibility with hybrid working options and is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the company's goals and objectives. Manage online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are effective, targeted, and optimised for performance. Oversee and actively post on company social media channels, fostering engagement and growing the brand's online presence. Update and manage the company website, ensuring content is accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand messaging. Utilise analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, report findings, and adjust strategies based on feedback from internal stakeholders and data insights.

Qualifications and Skills

Experiance in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, social media management, and website content management systems. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Expectations and Working Arrangements

This position offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. Initially, the successful candidate is expected to spend most of their time in the office to gain a thorough understanding of the business and its offerings. The role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
