As part of our continued expansion, we are searching for a motivated individual to join our talented team as a Digital Marketing Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships to ensure their digital marketing needs are met. You will develop strategic marketing plans, oversee campaign performance/delivery and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service. Your role is crucial in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

The ideal candidate will be working very closely with both the Digital Marketing team and our fantastic clients, actively dealing with accounts and driving forward marketing plans to meet business objectives.

Alongside the Digital Marketing delivery team, you'll be able to support the team in providing an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all customer accounts, advocating and working with your colleagues to produce the highest quality work, whilst ensuring excellent communications.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationships -

Building, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring our partnership with them is strong and we're adding maximum value. Communicating regularly campaign performance and aligning expectations.

Campaign Management

- Working with our team to ensure delivery of high-performing campaigns that meet our clients goals and objectives. Fly the flag for client campaigns with continuous analysis & monitoring of the campaign performance, suggesting improvements to both the internal team and clients.

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Oversee and help to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs via overseeing the implementation of various digital channels (SEO, CRO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing). Look after the overall strategy and alignment to client expectations and business goals.

Project Management

- Coordinate with the internal team (various channels) to ensure timely delivery of tasks & projects, monitoring overall progress. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations and allocated budgets.

Business Development

- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

The ideal candidate would be proficient in the following:



Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices Ability to analyse campaign performance and ensure alignment with our clients business objectives Regular communication with clients, enabling campaign updates, collaboration, troubleshooting and planning Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Getting hands on with client accounts, working on multiple campaigns at a time Actively working with the rest of the marketing team, delegating tasks where necessary Being involved with regular client team meetings to ensure correct planning of campaigns Reviewing whether the client is satisfied, the work is completed on time, within budget and to a high standard Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Organised and ability to thrive in a busy environment

Overall marketing principles Multi-channel digital marketing strategy & planning Ability to audit prospective clients online presence and suggest how Echo can add value SEO & Search Engine Marketing Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (PPC) Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Social Media Advertising (Paid Media) Google Analytics and Google Search Console Microsoft Clarity or similar user behaviour/heatmap tools Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar SEO tools
