Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Digital Marketing & Customer Service Apprentice

to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in both marketing and customer engagement. You will learn how to manage online campaigns, create content, and deliver excellent customer service--developing valuable skills for a career in digital business.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing Support



Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Help create marketing materials such as email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional graphics. Support basic SEO tasks like keyword research and website updates. Monitor campaign performance and gather data for reports.

Customer Service Support



Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media, providing helpful and timely support. Assist in managing the CRM or support ticketing system. Learn how to handle feedback, complaints, and frequently asked questions. Follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction via email, social media messages and Jivo live chat

Skills & Qualifications:



A keen interest in digital marketing and customer service. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools. Willingness to learn tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM systems. Organized, proactive, and a good team player.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Location - Tonbridge no work from home is available for this position

wage - Starting at 7.55 P/h wage will be reviewed on performance based pay rises after the probation period.
