Job Description

Custard specialises in growing hospitality businesses, focusing on creating impactful PR for hotels, event venues and suppliers to the hospitality industry.

We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic digital marketing assistant to join our team on a 10 to 12-month university placement. You'll play a key role in delivering social media strategies and supporting influencer activity for our hotel clients, including sourcing relevant influencers, managing enquiries, liaising with hotels and co-ordinating bookings, and ensuring all deliverables are met.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing/PR career, especially if you're passionate about travel, social media and brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities:



Assist in developing engaging social media content across various platforms for our clients Support with campaign monitoring and media coverage reporting Identifying relevant influencers to place across our portfolio of hotel clients, including micro-influencers Managing inbound enquiries from influencers who approach our agency Maintain and update influencer databases and contact lists Coordinate influencer bookings with hotel teams, ensuring smooth communication
