Are you a social media specialist passionate about creating engaging content that drives sales? We're seeking a motivated, self-starting Digital Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on social media management to join our small team! Early career candidates are welcomed - this is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that promote our company and boost online engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead social media management across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) to drive engagement and sales Create and manage attention-grabbing visual content for social campaigns and promotions Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives Support website maintenance using WordPress, WooCommerce or similar platforms Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns including email, SMS and WhatsApp Utilise SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs to optimise content for search visibility Use Excel for social media analytics, data management and performance reporting

Requirements

Some experience in social media management and content creation Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Zoho Sales IQ, Intercom, Drift, LiveChat, HubSpot Live Chat, Freshchat, or similar tools highly desirable Basic graphic design skills for social content creation Experience with WordPress or similar CMS systems Proficiency in Excel and ideally Looker Studio for analytics Detail-oriented with creative flair and proactive approach Ability to manage own workload independently - a key benefit in our small team environment eCommerce and content management experience preferred

Job Details

Shifts: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 30-minute unpaid break. 40-hour contract. Office-based role within a small commercial team.
