We're looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking
Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
to join our growing team in Greater Manchester. You'll play a key role in driving the online presence of our business and personal brands--developing social media strategies, executing paid ad campaigns, and bringing our vision to life through compelling digital content.
What You'll Do:
Own and manage our
social media strategy
across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, execute, and optimise
paid advertising campaigns
(Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Help shape and evolve both the
company brand
and
personal brands
of our directors
Turn raw ideas and vision into engaging, branded content and campaigns
Monitor analytics and performance data to refine strategies
Stay on top of trends and emerging platforms to keep us ahead of the curve
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, and content creation
Strong understanding of brand building and digital marketing strategy
Confidence using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
A proactive, self-starter attitude with great attention to detail
Creative thinking paired with results-driven decision-making
