The Digital Marketing Campaign Professional is responsible for setting out and delivering against the project plan for marketing, trading, service & mandatory campaigns which deliver significant revenue to the business as well as informing, inspiring & engaging our customers.
This role will deliver campaigns that form part of an integrated TTL campaign, driving acquisition of new customers and direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, mobile, direct mail and telemarketing to drive existing customer engagement and cross-sell / up-sell additional products and solutions based on what we believe is right for their business based on the data we hold about them.
Ensuring customers are at the heart of everything we do, through a full marketing campaign approach, from creative briefing & stakeholder engagement all the way through to post campaign reporting and insights.
