Role overview
As a Digital Marketing Communications Assistant, you'll play a key role in the Marketing and Communications team, contributing to campaigns and driving engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and the company website. You'll be encouraged to develop a strategic vision, identify case study opportunities, and help showcase the organisation's work through creative, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Content: Support brand consistency by managing image libraries, booking photography, coordinating branded materials, and liaising with design agencies.
Marketing Campaigns & Communications: Assist in the delivery of internal and external campaigns, draft and edit marketing content, conduct research, and report on engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
Digital & Social Media: Create, upload and optimise website and social media content, manage content calendars, maintain staff profiles, and support SEO improvements.
Email & Content Marketing: Help run email campaigns, update CRM data, brief copywriters, and create video and written content for newsletters, the website, and social channels.
Internal Communications: Update intranet content, manage digital screens, send internal emails, maintain user profiles, and support video creation for internal messages.
Events Support: Assist with the coordination and administration of events.
Technology Exploration: Stay informed about new technologies and AI applications that could enhance marketing efforts and operational efficiency.

Pay: 20,500
21,500 at 4 months
23,00 at 8 months
24,500 at 12 months
26,000 on qualification completion
20,500 - 26,000 on completion, with a 1,500 pay increase every 4 months based on KPI's.
