About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive professional based in the UK with proven experience in lead generation and outreach. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who could benefit from fully funded higher education through Student Finance England, with a focus on underrepresented communities.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate high-quality leads for potential university applicants through: - Social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)- Messaging and community groups (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups)- Local events, educational fairs, and word-of-mouth referrals- Direct outreach, including cold messaging and email campaigns Explain higher education opportunities and the benefits of Student Finance England Share accurate information about university courses, application deadlines, and financial support Engage with local communities to build trust and raise awareness Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead follow-up

What We're Looking For

Must be legally eligible to work in the UK Demonstrated experience in lead generation, outreach, or community engagement Comfortable using social platforms and messaging tools for outreach Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at building rapport Multilingual abilities (such as Ukrainian, Romanian, or Polish) are a plus, especially for engaging diverse communities
