Digital Clarity is looking for an entrepreneurial digital marketing consultant to help B2B tech and SaaS businesses drive measurable revenue growth.
Hands-on, you'll work with ambitious clients, often scale-ups and mid-market firms, turning commercial goals into practical, high-impact strategies. You will focus on assessing and auditing B2B companies goals, objectives, current marketing status and growth opportunities. Working closely with CEOs, CMOs and CROs you will help them identify the barriers standing in their way of growth, and help them to navigate forward with proven strategies.
This is a pivotal role in the business and for those looking to take ownership. If you're commercially savvy, data-driven, and confident advising at board level, while still rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Building
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategy reviews with stakeholders from C-suite to team leads.
Translate complex data and insight into clear, persuasive recommendations.
Become a trusted advisor who challenges thinking, not just executes requests.
Insight & Market Intelligence
Deep dive into client markets & insights.
Stay ahead of market, technology, and customer trends that could impact client strategies.
Share knowledge internally and contribute to Digital Clarity thought leadership content.
Growth & Commercial Strategy
Analyse client business models, revenue streams, and market positioning to uncover growth opportunities.
Build actionable go-to-market and expansion plans tailored to target segments and verticals.
Identify ways to shorten sales cycles, improve customer acquisition, and boost lifetime value.
Operational & Performance Optimisation
Introduce scalable processes, workflows, and metrics that connect sales, marketing, and customer success.
Implement dashboards and KPIs to track progress, improve decision-making, and optimise spend.
Align cross-departmental efforts to ensure consistent delivery against strategic goals.
We are looking for:
7+ years' experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or software markets, ideally in revenue growth or operational strategy roles.
Proven record of delivering measurable commercial impact for clients (ARR growth, CAC reduction, churn improvement).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to link insight to strategic action.
Confidence to engage at board level and inspire action across teams.
Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and performance tracking tools
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
