Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
Manage SEO initiatives to optimise website content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and ranking.
Oversee public facing marketing campaigns, utilising email marketing, social media management, and Google Ads to reach target audiences effectively.
Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing engaging visual content that aligns with marketing goals.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Lead project management efforts for marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Foster strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present marketing strategies effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
Proficient in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Effective time management skills that enable prioritisation of tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing processes is advantageous.
