Role Overview:


The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's digital marketing efforts across social media platforms, email campaigns, and the corporate website. This role involves creating and implementing engaging content, tracking the performance of digital campaigns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.

What you will be doing :



Social Media Management



Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, creating engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.

Develop content that enlightens audiences and promotes brand-focused messages.

Coordinate social media messaging with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand communication.

Analyse social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather visitor data and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to develop social media timelines that align with new product releases, advertising campaigns, and brand messages.

Email Marketing Campaigns



Oversee all email marketing campaigns, developing engaging content for regularly scheduled mailings to dealers and end users.

Create innovative email content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.

Website Management



Maintain company news, events section, and blog content.

Upload and manage product images across digital platforms.

Create and update website content pages to ensure accurate and current information.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration



Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Training departments to ensure digital campaigns align with business objectives.

Coordinate with external PR agencies on social media advertising initiatives.

Support promotional events by meeting sales team requirements for digital content.

What we are looking for:



Proven digital marketing experience

with demonstrated expertise across social media platforms and email marketing.

Track record of developing compelling,

innovative content

that drives engagement and achieves campaign objectives.

Hands-on experience with

analytics tools and performance metrics

to measure campaign success and optimise results.

Technical proficiency

in social media management platforms and content management systems.

Previous experience

collaborating with external agencies

on digital advertising projects.

Outstanding communication

and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships across all departments.

Exceptional organisational skills

with proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.

Creative mindset

combined with strategic thinking and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Meticulous

attention to detail

with commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Foundational web design skills, including image management and content publishing

Qualifications -

Marketing, Digital Media, or related degree preferred; however, we welcome applications from candidates with equivalent practical experience and demonstrable skills.
