The Role: Turning Digital Marketing Data into Actionable Insight
As a key member of our Data, Insights & Analytics team, you will work closely with marketing stakeholders across global regions to uncover performance opportunities and improve decision-making across Paid, SEO, CRO, and Content.
You will:
Deliver High-Impact Marketing Insights
Analyse PPC and SEO performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
Use GA4 and behavioural analytics tools to understand user journeys and conversion pathways.
Support CRO experiments, including uplift analysis, audience segmentation, and behavioural interpretation.
Provide measurable insight into content performance, including asset-level engagement patterns and conversion uplift.
Build Dashboards & Reporting that Drive Decisions
Design and maintain dashboards in Qlik Cloud and Looker Studio.
Create clear visualisations that simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure reporting consistency across markets, channels, and teams.
Support Global Collaboration
Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Content, Product, and regional digital marketing teams.
Help prioritise opportunities using data-driven evidence.
Champion insight-led decision-making across the organisation
Requirements:
We are specifically seeking someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics - ideally gained in a performance marketing, SEO, CRO, digital agency, or in-house marketing team.
Essential Experience
Proven experience analysing PPC, SEO, website behaviour, or CRO performance.
Strong skills in GA4, Looker Studio, and at least one enterprise dashboarding tool (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution, and user journey analysis.
Experience interpreting A/B test results, uplift measurement, and segmented performance.
Ability to analyse content performance across formats, themes, and user engagement.
Technical Skills
Qlik Cloud (preferred) or other enterprise dashboarding tools
Looker Studio
GA4
FullStory or similar behavioural UX analytics tools
Optimizely or similar experimentation platforms
Google Ads, Search Console, and related SEO/PPC tools
Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability
SQL (preferred)
