We're passionate about supporting education, innovation and growth - and we're now looking for a creative and ambitious Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice to join our growing Sales and Marketing Team in Warrington.

About the Role

Are you creative, strategic, and ready to make your mark in digital marketing? This is an exciting opportunity to earn a Level 6 (Degree) qualification in Digital Marketing while working hands-on with experienced professionals in a supportive and forward-thinking team. You'll help develop our brand presence online, create engaging content, and use digital tools to grow audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and produce engaging digital content across multiple platforms Write compelling copy for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages Support SEO and content strategies to increase visibility Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging Learn and apply digital analytics to measure and report performance Contribute ideas to drive awareness, leads, and engagement

What We're Looking For

Strong written communication and storytelling skills Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and marketing trends Excellent attention to detail and grammar Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident using social media and digital tools Team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 / A-C), including English and Maths Previous experience in digital marketing (e.g. Level 3 Apprenticeship or similar role) preferred A genuine interest in pursuing a career in marketing and communications

Training and Support

You'll undertake the Level 6 Digital Marketer (Integrated Degree) Apprenticeship, combining workplace learning with online training and coaching.

Duration: Approximately 42 months (including End-Point Assessment) Support: You'll have a dedicated workplace mentor Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing

Hours and Working Pattern

38 hours per week Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 Hybrid working available after successful completion of induction and initial training

Salary and Benefits

25,000 per year (dependent on age and experience) Paid monthly Full support towards degree qualification Opportunity for permanent employment and career progression upon completion
