Babybase has been around since 1988, originally starting out as a baby and nursery shop. Over the years, we evolved into a wholesale business, supplying independent retailers across the UK and internationally -- and that still remains a big part of what we do.

More recently, we've stepped into the world of direct-to-consumer retail. Over the last 12 months, we've started selling directly to the public across multiple online channels, including: HelloBabyDirect.com, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Tesco Marketplace and have experienced significant growth. Our goal is to keep growing across new platforms while expanding the reach and impact of our own website and this is where we need some help!

We're a small, close-knit team based in Martley, Worcestershire, passionate about making parenting that little bit easier -- and more enjoyable -- through the products we offer and the service we provide. We have new products almost weekly and new brands at least once a quarter.

What you'll be doing:

You'll manage all our Google Ads campaigns (including Performance Max and Shopping), keeping an eye on key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. You'll also plan and run paid ads on TikTok Shop to help drive sales and traffic. Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon PPC (including keyword targeting) is a big bonus. Tracking results & making smart decisions You'll regularly review ad performance, spot what's working (and what's not), and make data-driven decisions to improve results. We'll need clear weekly and monthly performance reports too - nothing fancy, just insightful and actionable. You'll keep our website up to date - especially product pages - and help improve SEO and the overall customer experience. If you can also help write or manage a blog, even better. If you're the kind of person who enjoys creating social content, running fun competitions, and pulling together engaging email campaigns - that's a huge plus. We're looking for someone who can help our brand stand out and connect with our audience. Rolling up your sleeves when needed We're a small team, so occasionally, we may need your help with things like packing boxes during busy times. We're all in this together!

What we're looking for:

Solid experience with Google Ads (Performance Max and Shopping especially). Some hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok) and ideally Amazon PPC. Comfortable working with data and turning it into action. SEO know-how and experience updating websites - we use Shopify. Creative mindset with a good eye for content and customer engagement. Someone who's proactive, flexible, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
