Job Title: E?commerce & Marketing Manager (Part?time, 2-3 days/week)



Role Summary:

Responsible for end?to?end creation, management and optimisation of marketing, e?commerce and social media campaigns to drive online sales, brand visibility and customer engagement. Works cross?functionally and with external partners to deliver and measure results.

Key Responsibilities



E?commerce Strategy & Campaign Management



- Develop and execute comprehensive e?commerce strategies and campaign plans to grow online sales and lifetime customer value.

- Create, launch and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, bundles and pricing strategies across the website and marketplaces.

- Own online product listings, inventory presentation and ongoing optimisation to maximise conversion and revenue.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Campaigns



- Plan, create and manage multi?channel marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/X/TikTok as relevant), email and affiliate channels.

- Build campaign briefs, set objectives/KPIs, manage budgets, schedule activity and oversee campaign delivery end?to?end.

- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers where required and ensure alignment with overall e?commerce goals.

Content Creation & Multimedia Production



- Create high?quality visual assets and multimedia content for the website, social channels and paid ads using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Produce, edit and publish images, short videos, and ad creatives tailored to platform and campaign objectives.

- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication and A/B testing of creative variants.

Website Management & Conversion Optimisation



- Monitor website performance, user behaviour and conversion funnels; identify opportunities and implement website changes to improve UX and conversion rates.

- Work with developers and designers to implement landing pages, product page optimisations, and tracking requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting



- Track campaign and e?commerce performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs, ROI and improvement opportunities.

- Use advanced Excel skills to produce regular performance reports and support strategic decision?making.

Industry Trends & Continuous Improvement



- Stay current with e?commerce, digital marketing, and social media best practices; proactively recommend and test innovative tactics.

- Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign strategies.

Required Skills & Experience



- 2+ years experience in e?commerce, digital marketing, or social media campaign management.

- Proven experience creating and managing end?to?end marketing and e?commerce campaigns.

- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro; experience producing platform?specific ad creatives.

- Hands?on experience with Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, social media ad platforms and email marketing.

- Proficient in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.

- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Working Pattern & Remuneration



- Part?time role (2-3 days per week). Salary commensurate with experience; pro?rata of full?time equivalent.

- Collaborative role requiring occasional coordination with external agencies and internal teams.
