We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team at Colonel Porter's Emporium, part of the Ramside Estates family.
This exciting, fast-paced role combines digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination -- perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys creating engaging content, and has a keen eye for detail.

You'll take the lead on digital marketing for Colonel Porter's while also supporting The WonderBar and The Funky Monk when required.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging, on-brand social media content in collaboration with the bar and events team. Maintain a strong and active online presence for Colonel Porter's across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Upload daily content and design promotional materials using Canva. Support other Ramside Estates venues (including The WonderBar and The Funky Monk) with marketing and bookings when needed. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone. Manage reservations and event bookings using ResDiary and DesignMyNight systems. Coordinate private hire and event bookings, liaising directly with customers to confirm details and special requirements. Work closely with the venue and catering teams to ensure smooth event delivery and excellent guest experiences. Produce a range of marketing materials, including posters, videos, reels, and photography. Regularly update website content to reflect current offers, menus, and upcoming events.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales, events, or marketing role. Experience using ResDiary and/or DesignMyNight booking systems (preferred). Proven experience creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail. A genuine passion for hospitality, live events, and social media trends
