The role of Digital Marketing Executive
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow our online presence and inspire new audiences to discover "adventure without limits."
This is a hands-on creative role where no two days are the same. You'll manage digital campaigns, shape engaging content across multiple channels, and showcase the real impact of inclusive adventure. Working with a small but ambitious team, you'll help strengthen our brand, increase engagement, and tell the stories that make Calvert Devon so special.
From social media campaigns and videos to blogs, photography and design, every post you create will help open up adventure for more people.
If you're a confident communicator with an eye for design, a passion for creativity and a love for stories that make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will need
Essential:
Experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media management
Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content
Confident in using digital tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms
Design & video editing skills
Experience of analysing and reporting on digital performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic team player who's self-motivated and organised
To enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
To be punctual and adaptable
Have knowledge of varying disabilities
To be over 18 years of age
Your own means of transport due to our location
Competent in using: Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook (advanced level desirable)
A passion for Calvert Devon's mission and inclusive adventure
Desirable:
Experience within the charity, tourism or education sector
Familiarity with WordPress or website content management systems
Knowledge of Google Ads or paid social media advertising

Job type: Permanent, full-time or part-time will be considered
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday. Some evening and/or weekend work may be required in line with business needs.
