Hemera Creative is a growing media and marketing agency based in rural Dorset. We work with brands across fashion, lifestyle, equestrian, luxury, and beyond -- delivering everything from brand strategy and content creation to social media campaigns. We're now looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can manage both organic social media and paid digital campaigns for our clients.
The Role
This is a hands-on role covering content, community, and performance marketing. You'll manage client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), create and schedule content, and also run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Working with our in-house creative team, you'll turn ideas into engaging campaigns that build awareness, grow communities, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media (scheduling, posting, engagement, community).
Create content ideas and briefs for Reels, TikToks, and campaigns.
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Analyse campaign performance and create reports for clients.
Stay on top of digital and social trends.
Work with Hemera's creative team (photographers, designers, videographers) to deliver top-quality assets.
About You
Experience managing social media accounts for brands (agency or in-house).
Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
Creative and comfortable coming up with content ideas and trends.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to data and detail.
Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects.
