We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to promote our amazing range of products with vibrant, modern and relevant digital and traditional marketing content. Main Responsibilities



As Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the business in the acquisition and retention of customers and sales using a multichannel and multifaceted approach. This will include social media, web, email, blogs, presentations, video, PPC and SEO for our three brands - The Dalesman Group, DalesmanDirect.com and Gordon Rhodes.

You will:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including SEO, email and social media.

With the support of colleagues, you will own the communications plan and be responsible for its development and implementation, ensuring its timely delivery.

Be a creative storyteller with a strong passion for digital content and interested in the potential of AI.

Take ownership of our social media channels and work with colleagues and influencers to create engaging content that will drive conversions.

Support the sales team to develop their knowledge and understanding of social media.

Assist your line manager with event preparation and attendance to support the team and capture content.

Use your ecommerce, website, SEO and SEM experience to update, maintain, develop and promote the company websites to increase conversions.

Be creative and write engaging copy for B2B and B2C content including social media, email, blogs, videos and presentations, that will drive conversions and is in line with brand guidelines.

Engage in idea generation across all marketing activities.

Work closely with colleagues to understand and fulfil their requirements.

Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure the highest quality is delivered on time and on budget.

Contribute to the monitoring, analysing and reporting of campaign results and KPIs.

Support your line manager with other marketing activities as required.

Implement and maintain company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience



A degree or equivalent, ideally in digital marketing and at least 3 years digital marketing experience.

Strong copywriting and editing skills

Experience in SMM, SEO and SEM, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Campaign URL Builder, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.

Experience with ecommerce and content management systems (WordPress, Kentico and Umbraco desirable).

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Skilled using Canva. Adobe Creative Suite applications would be desirable but not essential.

Exceptional eye for detail.

A team player who works collaboratively with others to achieve desired results.

Ability to multi-task with excellent planning, organisation and project management skills and can manage own workloads to meet deadlines.

Punctual, proactive, enthusiastic and professional.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Keen to continue learning.

Previous experience working in food manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
