The Tildenet Group is an innovative and ambitious company based in Bristol with an international presence and operations in Dubai and India - There are five divisions of the Tildenet Group offering B2B and B2C services to the Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries.

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in maintaining and optimising Tildenet's portfolio of e commerce websites, both B2B and B2C. The role requires strong technical understanding of digital channels, e-commerce website performance and SEO best practice, including schema markup, metadata optimisation and structured data. The focus is on ensuring that all websites are fully optimised, technically sound, accurate and up to date, supporting growth, visibility and customer experience. Content responsibilities centre on content management, upload and optimisation rather than content creation.

Key Responsibilities



E-commerce Website Management & Optimisation



Support the Digital Marketing Manager with website optimisation projects across multiple e-commerce platforms. Manage product and website content in the CMS, ensuring accurate product uploads, validated data, correct pricing and consistent taxonomy. Carry out weekly shopfront checks to ensure accuracy, correct imagery, functionality and brand consistency.

SEO, Metadata & Technical Optimisation



Optimise metadata (titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags) and implement SEO best practice across all pages. Apply and maintain schema markup and structured data to support enhanced search visibility. Identify and report technical SEO issues, including broken links, crawl errors, indexation problems and duplicate content. Conduct keyword and competitor research to support optimisation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track website performance, rankings, traffic and technical health using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools. Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve visibility and conversion.

Content Management



Manage and upload content for product pages, collections, landing pages and blogs, ensuring accuracy and SEO alignment. Coordinate seasonal updates, promotional assets and campaign-driven content across all websites. Support PR and Communications teams with content inputs where required.

Digital Channels & CRO Support



Support A/B testing and CRO activity to optimise conversion. Assist with digital campaign delivery across paid, owned and earned channels. Create and maintain automated email flows in Klaviyo in collaboration with the Communications Manager.

Continuous Improvement



Stay up to date with SEO developments, digital trends, analytics tools and technical enhancements.

Key Skills & Experience



1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce support or SEO-focused roles. Strong understanding of technical SEO, including metadata optimisation, schema markup, crawlability and site structure. Experience in UX, CRO and website optimisation. Image editing and Photoshop skills. Experience managing content and product data across CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress or Magento. Confident using SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Understanding of marketing attribution and performance metrics. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across content and data. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Collaborative and proactive team player.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
