Job Description

You will work as part of a proactive team, working with a mix of clients to drive demand in (generally) B2B lead gen campaigns. You are integral to supporting on project timelines, deliverable schedules, support tickets, meeting notes, working with SEO and PPC, website optimisation, website management and reporting on campaign performance.

You'll work from the office Mondays and Thursdays - so it's vital you're closeby - with the rest from home.

Overarching Accountabilities

Support to manage Paid Campaigns



Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Support the team to manage campaign admin on PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI. Create engaging ad copy and visual content for social media campaigns using tools such as Figma and ChatGPT. Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

SEO



Conduct keyword research and analysis using tools such as Keyword Planner, SEMrush and Ahrefs. Optimise website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search engine rankings . Perform regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues using SEMRush and Ahrefs. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Project Coordination



Assist in planning, managing and executing digital marketing or web development project utilising Teamwork. Manage client briefs to a full specification after discussing the details with the appropriate team members. Collaborate with team members and external partners. Help manage project timelines and deliverables. Keep clients informed about project progress, timelines, performance metrics, and any significant changes.

Website Support and Management



Respond to support emails promptly and set clear expectations for response times. Communicate and delegate tasks to the relevant team members via Teamwork Update and maintain website content.

Client-facing communication



Become client facing where required, always keeping stakeholders/POC teams informed of project status. Pay attention to client needs, concerns, and feedback. Ask clarifying questions to ensure full understanding. Respond to client inquiries promptly and set clear expectations for response times. Maintain a professional demeanour in all interactions, whether through email, phone, or in-person meetings.

Digital Innovation



Stay up-to-date with the latest technology innovations to ensure that our retained client accounts remain competitive and relevant in the ever-changing digital landscape. Put forward any recommendations for trialing new technologies and software
