Digital Marketing & Content Executive
to help improve our website experience, strengthen customer engagement, and drive online growth through effective SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
This is a
fully on-site role based at our showroom
, ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer with a passion for interiors and experience working with similar products. As a small team, we value versatility, collaboration, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities: Website & UX
Manage and update product listings, categories, and on-site content.
Improve UX across navigation, product pages, and landing pages.
Work with internal tools (e.g. Bluepark) to ensure products are accurately represented.
Support A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
Write and edit website content including product descriptions, landing pages, and blogs.
Produce premium, design-led copy aligned with our brand tone and optimised for SEO.
Manage seasonal pages, promotions, and homepage updates.
Assist with image optimisation, resizing, and light editing.
Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
Confidence with basic photography and videography is highly beneficial, particularly for capturing product and showroom content.
SEO & Performance Marketing
Perform keyword research and optimise content for organic visibility.
Update metadata, alt text, internal linking, and structured content.
Support the management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, and advertising platforms.
Showroom, Events & Team Support
As a small, design-led business, everyone contributes beyond their core discipline. This role includes:
Being
based in the showroom
, with
occasional customer-facing interaction
, particularly during busy periods or when colleagues are on leave.
Developing strong
product knowledge
and using customer insights to inform marketing content and campaigns.
Supporting exhibitions and trade events (essential), including preparation, setup, and customer interaction.
Saturday working on a rota basis (every other week)
as part of our retail environment.
Working collaboratively across the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience both online and in person.

About You
1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, content, UX, or e-commerce.
Strong writing skills with a good visual eye.
Genuine interest in furniture, interiors, and design.
Up to date with current trends and confident creating engaging content.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is desirable.
An interest in how AI and emerging technologies are influencing search, content discovery, and digital marketing.
Comfortable using Canva, Affinity, or Adobe for basic image work.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
A flexible, proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a small, entrepreneurial team.
An effective communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, consistent, high-quality work.
