Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Assistant

to support our business on a part-time basis. This paid role requires attendance

two days a week

and offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of our digital marketing activities, including ad campaigns, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and general content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage end-to-end marketing tasks, and is eager to develop their skills within a flexible and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Independently develop, manage, and optimise

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads for the firm. Create engaging visual and written content for both paid and organic marketing, ensuring all materials comply with legal advertising standards. Produce and post short-form video content for

TikTok

to enhance the firm's visibility and audience engagement. Manage and publish professional content on

LinkedIn

, including firm updates, legal insights, and promotional material. Monitor performance metrics across all digital platforms, analyse results, and prepare reports with clear recommendations for improvement. Conduct market and audience research to refine targeting and maximise campaign effectiveness. Maintain and update website content on WordPress to ensure information is accurate, current, and aligned with marketing objectives. Oversee day-to-day management of the firm's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, and posting. Support email marketing activities by drafting newsletters, monitoring engagement, and suggesting enhancements. Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and content optimisation for improved search visibility. Provide digital marketing advice and propose strategies to help grow the firm's online presence and attract new clients.

Skills



Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn

, including content creation and audience engagement. Ability to create visual content using

Adobe Photoshop

, Canva, or similar design tools. Familiarity with

WordPress

for updating and maintaining website content. Basic understanding of

SEO principles

and keyword research to support organic visibility. Competence in analysing marketing data and performance metrics, including the use of

Meta Ads Manager

and Google Analytics. Strong copywriting skills for drafting clear, engaging, and compliant content across digital channels. Experience with email marketing tools for creating and monitoring campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferably fluent in Urdu/Hindi

to assist with content and communication targeting wider community audiences. Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and provide strategic input to enhance the firm's digital presence.
This role offers valuable exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activities within a professional environment. It is initially a temporary position for a three-month period, during which performance will be assessed. Subject to satisfactory performance, the role may be extended or transitioned into a permanent position.
