Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our \xe2\x80\x98Growth\xe2\x80\x99 team and help propel our sales and marketing efforts to the next level.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be involved in, and responsible for, planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that support our Group of agencies. The sky\'s the limit with this role, offering a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas and approaches to enhance results on campaigns executed.

This role is based in either our London, Cheltenham or York office and offers hybrid working opportunities.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Agent3 Group, you will:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Agent3 Group and three Group brands
  • Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Work with the Growth team to develop ideas for creative led campaigns - anything from organic social to live events.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness against goals and help improve performance.
  • Help to manage the central CRM and Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot)for the business, managing campaigns, audience segments and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our creative team, developers and subject matter experts
  • Work with the Growth team to manage our new website, optimising it for SEO purposes, user experience, and lead generation
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices and identify and explore new digital marketing channels and opportunities for growth
  • Develop strong relationships with external vendors and agencies to support campaign execution and delivery of goals
You will bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
  • Experience managing and optimising campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social media, email, web and display advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Advertising Platform, Google Ads, Ahrefs or similar
  • Project management skills, allowing you to prioritise competing requests and juggle multiple programme deliverables
  • Experience supporting social and email copy, and an interest in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and/or video editing
  • A desire for professional development, looking for new opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
